Sunday 2nd November 2008   Improvers Workshop  (getting you ready for intermediate)           

Lots of people find the transition from beginners to intermediate really difficult. This workshop is designed to help that process by teaching you all the moves you need to know so you can tackle an intermediate class with more confidence.

You will learn  11 basic intermediate moves +6 variations. You will learn the technique and lead thoroughly so you know how they work. You will then learn some variations of them as this is what all intermediate moves are derived from. Then learn how to plan a routine of your own. You will get style tips and iron out any bad habits you may have picked up.                                           Below is a list of the moves you will cover.

IF THERE IS TIME WE WILL COVER MORE VARIATIONS FOR YOU

Time 1pm - 4pm In small groups so you get lots of one2one with Lynne and the team    

£20 each with refreshments and assisted practice during the breaks.   

We ask everyone interested to book on and pay in advance so we know exactly who is coming and can arrange for everyone to have a partner all afternoon.
